Michael Hansmeyer talks about his work two years ago on TED Talks. He states his opinion on 3d printing ; “There has been a lot of talk about 3d printing. For me, at this moment there is still too much of an unfavourable tradeoff between scale on the one hand and resolution and speed on the other”. Now, together with his colleague Benjamin Dillenburger, he has just completed the first 3d printing room, which he believed unimaginable 2 years ago.
